Aesthetics is an
important aspects of Cosmetic products. Apart from the usual needs
such as shelf life w.r.t microbial and chemical stability this is
important requirement. The right and reproducible Colours and Odours
need to be maintained. With these in view the Cosmetic Industry
often incorporates what is termed as "Liquid Extract"
in their formulation. Here the solubilities in 'Oil' or 'Water'
as the case may be are expected to be 100%.
